    Our fast-paced company is seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Dispatcher with strong customer service skills and administrative abilities for our branch in Pleasanton, CA. The ideal candidate has an upbeat attitude and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This position will work closely with our customers, technicians and sales representatives.


    As a Dispatcher, you will receive competitive pay DOE, PTO, paid vacation days, a full benefits package which includes matched 401(k) and full health/dental/vision insurance and more.

    Responsibilities as a Dispatcher/Customer Care Representative include:

    • Answer multi-line phone system
    • Use basic computer applications
    • Communicate with customers, technicians and salespeople
    • Schedule service calls
    • Record keeping
    • Bill out chargeable invoices and collecting on outstanding invoices
    • Meet monthly service goals
    • Generate reports
    • Process payments
    • Help with misc administrative tasks


    • 1-2 years’ previous dispatch experience and/or customer service experience a plus ( but we'll train the right candidate!)
    • Proven ability to multi-task and work under fast-pace environments while maintaining accuracy
    • Problem solver
    • Ability to calmly handle stressful situations
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Computer and customer service skills
    • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Must know how to use Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Previous admin experience is a plus
    • Bi-lingual is a plus
