    Our fast-paced, warehouse is seeking an entry level candidate to assist our Warehouse Manager at our branch in Phoenix, AZ.

     

    Our ideal candidate will be energetic, have experience with problem solving and have the ability to meet urgent deadlines while maintaining accuracy. This is a professional office atmosphere where teamwork is a must.

     

    As an Administrative Assistant your responsibilities include:

    •  Detail –oriented data entry across multiple databases
    •  Filing, copying and scanning current documents
    •  Various projects in Microsoft Excel
    •  Aiding the warehouse with special assignments
