    Pacific Office Automation has been in business since 1976 and is one of the largest, independently- owned office solution dealers in the nation. We currently have an opportunity as an Inventory Control at our Headquarters in Seattle, WA.

     

    The Inventory Control continuously audits and reports accurate inventory counts working alongside purchasing and the warehouse. This person is responsible for researching inventory problems, locating errors and problems solving using a variety of tools.

     

    This individual must be skilled in accuracy, organization, and obtain strong math skill.

     

    Essential duties and responsibilities:

    • Audit discrepancies, locate errors and problem solve inventories
    • Process sales orders
    • Heavy sales-operations-warehouse cross communication
    • Participate in monthly inventories
    • Manage and track all inventory
    • Maintain accurate inventory counts
    • Communicate on the phone and through email
    • Handle multiple tasks at the same time

    Knowledge, skill and abilities:

    • High level of accuracy
    • Strong communication
    • Math skill
    • Experience with Microsoft
    • Organization
    • Database and management skill
    • Ability to analyze and solve problems
