    Pacific Office Automation has been in business since 1976 and is one of the largest, independently- owned office solution dealers in the nation. We currently have an opportunity as a Warehouse Associate at our branch in Boise, ID.


    Qualified candidates will be able to lift 40 lbs., have multi-tasking abilities. Familiarity with the office machine industry  is highly desirable.


    As a Warehouse Associate, your duties will include:

    • Assigning and writing up equipment orders
    • Shipping/Receiving of supplies, equipment, and parts
    • Keeping accurate inventory records
    • Use of a forklift to pull heavy stock off shelf
    • Participation and data-entry during inventories
    • Back-up for shipping and receiving clerk
    • Assisting internal customers via email, phone or in person
    • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment


    • Strong organizational skill
    • Basic typing and computer skill
    • Works well in a team and independently
    • Communicates clearly and effectively
    • Attention to detail
    • High School diploma
