    Job Responsibilities:

    • Acting as liaison between our sales representatives and client base
    • Taking inbound calls, as well as making productive outbound calls
    • Data entry
    • Provide clients with outstanding customer service

    Job Requirements:

    • AA or BA Degree: Business, management, economics, communications, etc.
    • Advanced expertise in Windows, Excel, Word, and spreadsheet proficient
    • Experience with multi-line phone units
    • Competitive background – aggressive, highly motivated individuals with positive attitude
    • Strong communication, high attention to detail, and problem solving skills are a must
    • Solid job tenure and work ethic
    • Strong attention to detail and follow through
