    Our fast-paced, sales office is seeking an entry-level candidate to assist our Administrative Assistant in Salt Lake City, UT.


    Our ideal candidate will be energetic, have experience with problem-solving and have the ability to meet urgent deadlines while maintaining accuracy. This is a professional office atmosphere where teamwork is a must.


    As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities include:

    • Detail-oriented data entry across multiple databases
    • Filing, copying and scanning current documents
    • Various projects in Microsoft Excel
    • Aiding the BAM, Administrative Assistant or Sales Reps with special assignments
