Due to our phenomenal growth and reputation in the industry, we are currently seeking an experienced Network Field Service Technician at our brand new office in Santa Fe Springs, CA.


    Required Skills / Knowledge:

    • Extensive knowledge of network connectivity, and WiFi networks.
    • Remote troubleshooting and diagnosis of network connectivity issues
    • Good understanding of Windows servers environment and common operating systems
    • Ability to work with a variety of customers and vendors (some technical some non-technical)
    • Aggressive problem solver
    • Ability to travel locally to different clients

    • Good understanding of Windows Server environments (SBS,2008 R2 & 2012R2)
    • Advanced knowledge of networking protocols and concepts (Routing, Ports, TCP/IP, Network analysis tools)
    • Knowledge and hands-on experience providing support to users using Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and other mainstream Microsoft applications
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work cohesively with clients

    Bonus Skill Sets:

    • Basic understanding of Mac OS environment
