    Pacific Office Automation has been in business since 1976 and is one of the largest, independently- owned document imaging dealers in the nation. We currently have an opportunity in our Parts division at our headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon.

     

    Qualified candidates will have the desire to work in a fast paced, team environment while accomplishing daily duties. Duties include managing parts counter, shipping/receiving, handling phone calls, maintaining inventory record and keeping an organized and safe work area. As well as performing other duties when assigned.

     

    As a Warehouse Parts Associate, your duties will include:

    • Fulfilling tech orders
    • Ordering and stocking of all parts
    • Receiving of shipments from various vendors
    • Prepare and ship orders
    • Inventory control for department and technician parts
    • Data-entry of all inventory movement
    • Being able to be on your feet all day
    • Keeping work area neat and organized
    • Contribute to the team

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma required
    • Strong attention to detail 
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Basic computer knowledge
    • Self-motivated
    • Dependable
    • Strong work ethic
